Sunday school classes are held at the church, beginning at 9:30 am each Sunday, through 10:30 am.  Classes are provided for pre-schoolers, kindergartners, grades 1 through 8, and a confirmation class for 9th graders.  The Church School also hosts many special activities throughout the year.  Additionally, the Church School sponsors six children in Kenya, by paying for their primary education at a cost of $35 per student per year.  Our church also participates in the "Soda Tab Project", as headed by the Hamburg Baptist Church.  Soda tabs are collected, which when a total of 10,000 is reached, provide for one leukemia treatment for a young boy, as well as others who need them.  The First Presbyterian Church of Franklin also holds "VBS", or Vacation Bible School each summer, which is open for all local children to attend.

*Sunday, September 9th, 2007 is RALLY DAY!  Rally Day will be celebrated here at Franklin Presbyterian Church  on Sunday, September 9th.  The Sunday School will kick off a whole new year of learning about the Lord by hosting a big Rally Day celebration with fun and games for all.  We hope you'll make a point of joining us for this annual launching of the Sunday School year where merriment is never is short supply.
